We’ve made our loyalty program as simple as possible.

Stay one night at a time or all ten nights in a row. There is no obligation to join and all you need to do is get a rewards card, start collecting stays at a qualifying rate, and receive $40. Ask your guest service agent for additional information and start earning stamps today.

Program eligibility and rules:

• Every night you stay the Heritage Hotel at a qualifying rate, you’ll earn a stamp on your program card at check-out. Once you’ve collected 10 stamps, drop your card off at the desk and we will mail you a check for $40. 

• The reward stamp will be issued for the following rates (BAR (Best Available Rate), corporate, AAA, and AARP). Other rates may also qualify; check with a guest service agent for eligibility. Rates above $65 that are directly booked through the hotel either by phone or hotels website will qualify in most cases. Reservations made through third party sites (Booking.com, Expedia.com etc.) do not qualify. CLC rates do not qualify. 

• Reward stamps will be issued one per night, per room, to the registered guest only at checkout by the guest service representative. Stamps will not be issued before or after checkout. 

• When you have accumulated 10 stamps on the program card, drop the card off at the registration desk with the the contact information form (available at the bottom of this page). Be sure to fill out your name and address; checks will be mailed to the address you noted above. 

• Reward stamps are not transferable. 

• Reward checks will be mailed within two weeks after the Program Card is received by the hotel. 

• Reward stamps are valid for two years year from the date of issue. 

• Reward stamps and Program Cards have no cash value. 

• Reward stamps will not be issued in conjunction with any other promotion. 

• Reward stamps and checks will not be replaced, re-issued, or credited if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. 

• The Heritage Hotel reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change the value of the 10 for $40 Reward Program, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the Reward stamps already accumulated. 

• Reward Program stamps shall not be construed as or constitute or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between the Heritage Hotel and the Program Card holder. 

• Offer is only valid for the guest’s name as it appears on the rewards card. 

• This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Not valid for group blocks (although individual guests paying for their own rooms in a group are eligible), black-out dates may apply. Advance reservations are recommended.
